Effective Strengths Coaching

Strengths courses jump-start the Strengths journey for teams, yet Strengths coaching relationships provide continuation of Strengths work at the individual level. Many entrepreneurs, leaders, professionals and students have benefited from engaging in a coaching relationship over a number of weeks with me. In preparation for it, we develop a coaching plan to aim Strengths to specific goals in a given timeline. Coaching sessions occur over the telephone, video call or socially-distanced in-person, and include assignments in between sessions. As your Strengths Coach, I remain on call for you via text or email for any ideas you need to bounce in between coaching sessions. We use our Strengths together to embark in a Strengths journey for growth.

Spanish Language Translation & Localization

My courses are created in either English or Spanish, and when needed, curriculum can be professionally translated and localized to the appropriate audience. Given my professional experience since 2017 translating for governmental entities and partnering with professional translators, Spanish/English, English/Spanish professional translation is always available for any content, as well as simultaneous interpretation, distinguishing from European, various Latin American, and Spanish in the US forms of the language.

My ability to communicate in French and Brazilian Portuguese enables me to understand international clients at a deeper level. I also have a knack for Hindi/Urdu and Egyptian Arabic, yet my language level in these Asian languages is still in the beginning stages.

“I bring cultural awareness, knowledge and respect through research-based talent development solutions.”
